Anyone have experience with Wireless/ Bluetooth Stethoscopes?

Just wondering if anyone has had any luck with using wireless stethoscopes? Like the legitimate Littmann kind (for doctors/ nurses). I've played around with phone ambient sound amplifiers and headphones against the wall with limited success, just playing with the various sound channels I'll pick up little things if the stars align right I can hear bed squeeking or a particularly loud moan or cough. Not any better than placing my ear against the wall.

In my experience, I've found the best spot is in the bathroom, ear against the shower wall, there seems to be less insulation around showers and an open bathroom door in the next room acts like an echo chamber.
